Hugh and cry

Hugh Pool has been described as amped up Delta blues with a bit of New York noise damage thrown in for good measure. It's not far from the truth, going on what I saw at the River Stage. He's performed with a bunch of folks so I'm not even going to try to guess who his rhythm section is on this occasion.
