What is The Frequency?

After a few songs from Justin Rutledge, we split for the Giant Financial Institution Stage and The Frequency. The Los Angeles band likes their Moogs and from what I heard have a serious fondness for Pink Floyd. Unfortunately their matching shirts were about the only exciting part of their stage-show. Maybe they're a better headphone band.

They were playing a particularly Floydian piece as we walked off toward the Giant Telecommunications Company stage.
