A trio of hot sets at Irene's March 19 with Four'n'Giv'r, The Setbacks and Harshey pushing the bar's sound system to the limit (which can actually be accomplished with only an acoustic guitar, but I digress). As for photos - eh. They turned out okay (I have a very nice picture of Trevor Kealey's foot, if any one wants it). My arch-foe, the Irene's post, made things a little difficult.
Bob Whitmore of 4NG - not shown, the post directly in front of the microphone. "Remember to tell your date to tip your bartender generously - because they're paying."
Trevor of The Setbacks; he broke a string on the first song and used bassist Paul Townsend's "wicked" Gibson Explorer to helpfully point out the floor instead.
Harshey closed the night off. The show was about two-and-a-half hours all told, but went by pretty briskly.
There's nothing like the hat of shame to encourage punctuality.
