Ventilation Boulevard

The Ventilators did a very credible job holding down their middle slot opening for The Vibrators last Saturday - there was something just a bit left-of-centre about their streetpunk that made for a refreshing change - they didn't seem to take themselves too seriously either, which will always elevate a punk rock band above the legion of po-faced political punkers in my book. They'd make a great double bill with a band like Brutal Knights.
