Daby was having a lot of fun bouncing about on stage - and he has a sensational voice.

His drummer must have hands of steel ... whacking away at his cymbals with bare flesh must wear after a while.

World music action! (And I hate to say it, but this is my best picture of his other drummer ... yikes!)

And more world music action!

A very groovy end to a good Bluesfest.
- Show reminders: Kepler are holding a release party for their new CD Attic Salt Friday, July 22, at Mavericks; Robot Kill City is also on the bill. Over at Babylon, The Long Timers and Priestess once again team up rock out. They played a killer show at The Dominion, of which you can see the photographic evidence here and here.
- Saturday, you can see such fine acts as Collapsing Opposites, Saint Bernard of Love, Daydream Square at the Avant Garde Bar (Collapsing Opposites played a fun set at Irene's a short while ago - pictures right here!) or go to Babylon and see The John Henrys, Golden Seals and Black Boot Trio.
