I arrived home too late to catch any shows last night, but at least there are a few things going on this weekend.
Saturday, The Setbacks return, accompanied by The Love Machine and The Stand, to Greenfield's Pub. Various vaguely metallic and punky groups play Zaphod's; to wit, No Other Way, The Video Dead, ATFR and HellBros. Roots-rockers The Lowbellies take the stage at Irene's.
Sunday at Zaphod's The Populars start a month-long Sunday residency. They're joined by Stone Melodies and onlyforward. Coast, Bangkok and Ennuie play the Avant-Garde Bar.
