Right down the middle

David Merritt - a.k.a. The Golden Seals - grabbed the middle spot at Saturday's shindig, with the able assistance of Hi Lo Trons, etc., drummer Phil Bova. It was a loose and jocular performance from David, who announced that "It's a remarkable coincidence - Neil Young is 60 and I'm really drunk!" That explains quite a bit.
