Decoration day

Ornaments finished the night off. They're another new band that seems to enjoy mixing up classic rock influences into something new. They cite Neil Young, Led Zep, punk rock, Pink Floyd and have laid down an EP with Paul "Yogi" Granger of Double Pumpers and Tokyo Sex Whale.

David Pierce on guitar, with drummer Kevin Kozachanko in back.

They've got a fairly busy schedule ahead, with their next Ottawa date April 24 at the Avant-Garde Bar and another Rainbow Bistro gig June 2.
  • Show reminder: Nunslaughter, Violentada and Naartok perform at Gatineau's Hullhouse; Orchid Thieves, The Wheat Pool, No Fly List and The Panama play Zaphod's; Andy Cotter is at the Rainbow.
