Spiked drinks

A few days after catching a bunch of loud bands at Mavericks, I went to Mavericks to see a bunch of loud bands. I detect a pattern. On this occasion the headliners were Vancouver punk legends The Subhumans. I suspect they were plenty of locals bands volunteering for an opening slot ... the first slot went crust punk stylists Whiskey Shits, who specialize in songs about drinking stuff and breaking stuff.

Matty 45 holds down the low end while the blurry form of Will Leung (also of Germ Attak) handles the drums.

And that's that ... they seem to play pretty frequently, so if they have nothing scheduled I'd expect that to change soon.
