Gold and blue

After watching Moreland & Arbuckle's hot set I went over to the Subway Stage to see some more blues, this time courtesy of Larry McCray. McCray is a tough-sounding guitarist and a strong vocalist to boot. He credits his older sister Clara with inspiring to pick up the guitar - she was a blues guitarist as well, with her own combo, who never got around to recording. You can hear the blues Kings in McCray's sound as well.
