Bluesfest: The Twisters

From the Resignators, we go to what must have been Bluesfest's hottest band. I don't mean musically, though The Twisters' swinging blues  does have a certain sizzle. No, this band of Toronto troopers soldiered through their set in full dark suits on the exceptionally sunny stage.

The whole lot! David "Hurricane" Hoerl on vocals and harmonica, Chip Hart on drums, Brandon Isaak on guitar, and bassist Keith Picot.

Very capable, but perhaps a bit too traditional to tickle my ears.
