A certain sparkle

Once upon a time, Sam Bradley was an expat, living in England with his pal Robert Patterson. Robert has gone on to enjoy a certain amount of fame in recent years as a prime player in the Twilight movie franchise and when he set out to record a track for the soundtrack he naturally called on Bradley. Bradley blends rock, soul folk and pop into his work, touching on such performers as The Boss and Bill Withers. I enjoy his performance, even if it sounded a bit mainstream to my notoriously wonky ears. By the time he got on stage, the audience was almost down to family and friends, but he still put on an ebullient performance.

Sam sings! The shadowy figures to his left and right are guitarist John Notto and drummer Mark Kerrey.
