On the 99th floor

Back wehn I was in college Nirvana made their big splash and the next thing I knew everyone was forming grunge rock bands. In fact I'd already heard a lot of that kind of thing before from combos like The Sons of Freedom and Slow. There's something about the combination of fuzzy guitars, blues rock and plaid that appeals to Canadians - Neil Young may be to blame. Anyway, judging by The Donna Litas the sound is still common currency - and there's nothing wrong with that.

Rhythm section action (plus drinking) with Andrew Jonasson on bass and Justin Orr on drums.

Meanwhile over on the right we have some guitaring from Adam Dunn and Phil Jonasson (facing the other way).

And last but not least Sean Rioux on vocals.

Big finish!

They have a freshly recorded EP in the bag (or close to it), so I'm going to presume a release show is close.
