Lipstick traces

I went from Bluesfest to the Atomic Rooster - or to put it another way, from watching a performer dubbed "The Songbird of Wassulu" to some performers who were not dubbed the "The Songbirds of Moncton" - Fear of Lipstick. The New Brunswick quartet were opening for tourmates The Creeps, and like the Ottawa trio are fond of Ramones-style punk.
