Out tonight

After a bunch of local yokels it was time for some out-of-towners to change things up. On deck were The Joliettes of Sudbury. The folk-rocking quintet features Rob Seaton of Statues and Strange Attractor on drums, while its strength rests on the harmonies of Jen Tomlin and Melis Welch. The last (indeed, only previous) time I saw them was at the 2009 edition of the Gaga Weekend. In the meanwhile they released an ace 45 on Going Gaga Records.
