Crazy nights

If you're in the mood for loud music, a Coliseum show is definitely the place to be, particularly if the opening act is local hardcore speedpunks Asile. The band features veterans of local acts such as Critical Convictions and The Dirty Nuns, and no doubt others with whom I'm unfamiliar.

I tried some no-flash photos. They did not work.

Drumming action! I believe this is Joel, but I'm not 100%, so if any wants to correct me, drop me a line right quick.

They're a band high on the list of ones I want to see again.
  • Show reminder: Espanola and Dave Tough play Raw Sugar Cafe; Eugene and the Eugenics, Auto Racing and Mississippi Grover perform at Zaphod Beeblebrox; The Mackenzie Rhythm Section and The Ninja Funk Orchestra get rhythmic and, er, ninjacal at the Rainbow; there's a lot of brotherly action at the Elmdale with The Weber Brothers and Brothers Through The Hill; The Wilderness, Opopo, Fillet Sterling and Lightburn share a stage at Mavericks; Rocket Rached & The Fat City 8 are at Irene's.
