In the throat

About two-dozen people braved the cold last night to get their sinuses cleared by the mighty crunching and ripping of former Tugnutters Steve Vargas and Marc Bourgon's new grind duo Greber and local thrashers Biipiigwan - unfortunately Mekhaya had to cancel, but the audience was still well-steamrollered by sound by the time 11 p.m. rolled around.

First up, Biipiigwan ... though you can' tell from this shot, ex-drummer Scotty and his new sparkly green drumkit was filling in for this set.
