Thunder and lighting

A week ago I traipsed over to Cafe DeKcuf for some psychedelic-metal-doom-rock action. Philadelphia's Ecstatic Vision were on tour for a few days, and dropped into Cafe DeKcuf to blow minds and scorch eyeballs. They were joined by Norilsk, Montreal's Black Sails For Red Seas, with Longhouse kicking things off. Here's Mike on drums!

I love the Stooged-out, Hawkwind worshipping vibe of Ecstatic Vision, but I confess that it's the last time I go to see them live because their constantly strobing lightshow made me want to put my eyes out. Here's frontman Doug!
