Upper floors

Back in time to Babylon, September 15, 2012, for Tenement's super-hot set of freakout punk rock.

Moving in

I could have done a lot yesterday, but late rising and poor planning meant the only show I got out to was Tenement's headlining gig at Babylon, with special surprise openers Crusades. It was a killer show, as you'd expect from two such fab bands. The evening was also the first Saturday for Night Moves, which will be occupying the first Saturday of the month at Babylon.

Crusades already played once yesterday at Arboretum (one of the aforementioned things that I missed).

Stripey action with Emmanuel!

Tenements played a completely killer set, about 30 minutes of full-on, mostly nonstop punk rock with buckets of hooks. I immediately bought all the sounds I could from them post-show.

There was much feedback!

That's some guitar-modifying there.

The drummer mentioned they hadn't practiced since December during some pre-encore apologizing. Could have fooled me!
