They suck!

Just kidding. Vampire Beach Babes are mighty goofy, but they obviously know, deep in their unbeating hearts, that their goths on the beach shtick is cornball to the core. That said, I was expecting something a lot more twangy and Cramps-styled. Some of the promo stuff I read contained references to The Damned and The B-52s - I'll buy the B-52s reference, anyway. With a drum machine buttressing their drummer and some slinky keyboards they're more for dancing goths (an aside: how funny was it that they were giving away tanning salon freebies as door prizes?) than, say, fans of the late great Hasil Adkins.
Anyone, the band features two guys, three girls and one bassist.

Baron Marcus brought his own lighting. Mighty thoughtful!

Bassist Anita Cocktail. As The Wig is prone to say, possibly not his and/or her real name.

Second vocalist and percussionist Siren. And I thought the folks in Broadzilla had platform boots ...

Devilman on guitar ... so devilish, even his drinks glow with an infernal light!

Keyboardist Sunshine definitely puts the babe in the VBB.

Drummer Bunny on drums, machinery and inflatable beach toys.

Some rock-posing from Siren and Anita.

And some smokey action.

I cut out early since it wasn't quite my bag, but they're bound to entertain somebody.
