Seven and seven is

The Most Serene Republic get their name from the Renaissance heyday of Venice. They're yet another smarty-pants Arts & Craft band with a heap of members and an experimental streak. They were very entertaining while they were on. I didn't fancy them quite enough to buy their album (no money, anyway) but they had a very engaging stage presence and very good vocals.
There has been some member switching, so some of these IDs may be open to change ...

Vocalist, trombonist and humourist Adrian Jewett.

"This song is a request ... oh wait, no it's not. Wrong song! Whoopsie-doo ..."

Guitarist Sean Woolven (or is it Nick Greaves?); this is my fave picture of the night.

Drummer Adam Nimmo is a blur.

Guitarist Emma Ditchburn at her most luminous.

Sadly neglected guitarist Nick Greaves (or is it Sean Woolven?) ... he was too far away to get into many pictures, but he makes up for it with a lot of hair.

Keyboardist Ryan Lenssen was stuck back in the corner.

The new chap, bassist Simon Lukasewich.

Serene action!

This guitar part was frankly shocking.

A bit of a look.

Hands up, this trombone is loaded! The pink hat came from an audience member.

That's it, then.

That pic (your favourite one) is superb. One of the coolest I've seen on the site.
