Bluesfest: Protest the Hero

I made a brief stop at the main stage to catch some of Protest the Hero's set. I've complained before about some of the sound at main stage set's, but for PTH I thought it was particularly bad. I might add I wasn't super close to the front of the stage like I usually am, but even with a comfortable crowd-cushion I felt like was missing a good chunk of the guitar and some of the vocals. On the plus side, Rody Walker's between-song banter was top notch.

Protesting action!

I'm not kidding!

Then I took a powder to check out Dana Fuchs. They're touring the states in late November and December before a European jaunt in March.
