There were some cool heavy sounds for long-hairs at House of Targ back on July 19; Montreal's Pink Cocoon has bringing their 1970s' style heavy sounds through town, and Ottawa's own Nessie and The Deadseers were on hand to fill out the bill. The Deadseers were on first, with some QOTSA-goes-DIY sonics. Here's bassist Mart!

Things took a turn for the proggier with Nessie's set. You may recognize keyboardist Kevin from The Aphelion. He's under that hair somewhere. They'll be back at Targ opening for Witch Mountain this Friday.
