Loop-de-loop

As August drew to a close I went off to see Colin Stetson, who's won acclaim far and wide for his innovative saxophone playing. With him at Zaphod Beeblebrox was Emily Wells, of the then-stormbound New York City, who likes the loops.

Emily prepares to hit, toot, loop, strum, etc.

Now that's what you call a one-woman show. She has a new album slated for release April 10.
