It's a great day to go out to a show, provided of course that you're fully rubberized. And since Bored To Death is on at Ritual tonight, it's a chance to see such cool bands as The Shakey Aches and Shortpants Romance. You can see the former immortalized in pixels below.

The rocking of the bands is slated to begin at 11:30 p.m. Of course they're not the only thing you can expose your earlugs to: Rah Rah, Grand Motel, Fire and Neon and Oceans are at Cafe Dekcuf; Dany Laj, Ashley and Alert The Medics are performing at Zaphod Beeblebrox. Al Wood and The Woodsmen and Mean Dog Howl play The Rainbow. Electric Six bounce into Mavericks. You'll find Victor Nesrallah at Irene's; Watchmen chap Ken Tizzard and The Variety Show Players, along with Autumn’s Canon roll into the Elmdale. Nineteen SeventyNine and Rimbombante bring space rock and Latin jazz sounds to the Avante-Garde.
