The latest edition of House of Targ's Switched On Synths featured a mini-invasion from Massachusetts. Boston modular men Squelcher and Prone were joined by analog light guru Chris Konopka, while locals Nuthre and Muff Wiggler kicked things off with some experimental sounds of their own. Here's Nuthre, aka composer and multimedia artist Jeff Morton.
Sound manipulating action!
And here's Chris, providing the backdrop.
Jeff sings!
And so on!
Modular action!
Quadroped action!
Next up, Muff Wiggler, and his much-admired Buchla gear.
Switch-flicking action!
Tonal action!
Always good advice.
Well, you get the idea.
Things took a bit of a turn for the dance floor , or at least enthusiastic head-bobbing, with Prone.
More modular action!
Wired action!
More Chris and Tim!
Squelcher brought things to a close with a killer set.
Duo action!
Dial-turning action!
Synthetic action!
The whole lot!
A really good night!
