This Canada Day I popped over to Plymouth Street. In a fit of
unexpected responsibility the wild and crazy folks of the Fun Boy Club
House got themselves a permit to take their partying to the streets.
There was much skateboarding, boxing, beer-shotgunning and roof-dancing ...

As I arrived Bobby Wilkie was just wrapping up his set with some vigorous acoustic stuff.

Marxist Cowboy & The Hand That Feeds played an absolutely killer set; this is one band I wish I'd seen before now.

I caught Big Moan at the Daily Grind back in January, opening for Crabe. Here they are again, rocking out with their ultra-heavy blues sound.

That was all I had time for, unfortunately; I had to head home and do some stuff before running downtown to catch the fireworks, then head off to Gabba Hey.
