Anyone who's been following the blog until now knows there's a bunch of excellent heavy metal bands on the local scene. Case in point, the lineup at Loviatar's EP release at the Dominion in early December. Barrow Wight had their start as a Venom cover act, and have since branched out with their own blackened thrash noise.
