First up Monobrow. Here's Sam and Brian.
Paul frets! It was a very orange set.
I haven't seen The Uncooperatives before. I've seen vocalist Geoff around, and guitarist Greg Kerr has served in sundry local combos, such as The Phantom Shifters. The other folks are veterans of Grave Concern, and this was a pretty hardcore sounding set.
Here's the Grave side, with drummer Jarek, bassist Chris and guitarist Pat.
And the Phantom bit with Greg and Geoff (also of The Cruds).
Finally Loviatar rocked the joint, sounding quite High-on-Fiery, with a cover of Queens of the Stone Age's Regular John as a capper. But first, a quick discussion about the importance of the evolution of Dungeons & Dragons from Justin!
And now some rocking from Mike and Shane.
Great night and a very good turnout too.
- Show reminder: As mentioned before, Napalm Death, Fuck The Facts, Mortor and Deformatory crush Mavericks; upstairs you'll find Cobra Skulls, Nothington, The Valveenus and Dead Weights at Cafe Dekcuf; The Electric Company performs at the Rainbow.
